ABOUT OUR NEIGHBORHOOD:
Hawks Landing is a 110 home, family friendly community located in Edmond, Oklahoma. Walking trails, a swimming pool with lifeguard service, and a playground are amenities enjoyed by homeowners. Our neighborhood is conveniently located near city parks, shopping, downtown Edmond, and about a thirty minute drive from downtown Oklahoma City.

ANNUAL DUES:
Current 2023 annual dues are $490 which are due on 1/1/2023.
The covenants allow an increase each year based on the published cost of living index (CPI) for the Oklahoma City metro.
SERVICES PROVIDED BY HAWKS LANDING ASSOCIATION:
- Landscaping maintenance and tree care of 10 acres of common areas and greenbelt
- Maintenance & operations of community pool
- Maintenance of front entrance facing Kelly Ave
- Maintenance of community park equipment
- Street Lights

Hawks Landing Addition is currently zoned for the following schools in the Edmond Public Schools District:
